TRIATHLON.

Completing a Triathlon is a great challenge that requires dedication, concentration, courage and passion.
There is a wide range of distances:

  • Flash (150 m / 4000 m / 1250 m)
  • Super Sprints (300 m / 8 km / 2,5 Km)
  • Sprint (750m /20 km / 5 km)
  • Olympic (1500 m /40 km / 10 km)
  • Middle Distance (1900 m / 90 km / 21 km)
  • Triple Olympic (4000 m / 120 km / 30 km)
  • Long Distance (3800 m / 180 km / 42 km)
  • Ultraman (10000 m / 410 km / 84 km)

ROAD RUNNING

Road Running races take place on the roads of the cities, due to the simplicity of this sport, the number of Road Runners is growing all over the world a considerable amount.

Just put your running shoes on and get going.

There is a great variety of distances:

  • 5 to 10 kilometres Races
  • Half Marathons
  • Marathons

TRAIL RUNNING

Trail Running can be performed on Low, Medium and High-lying Mountain areas.

These races can have a wide variety of distances, terrains and gradients.

MOUNTAIN BIKE (MTB)

Training to prepare you for the Physical Tests required to pass the selection processes to enter:

SPORTS INJURY PREVENTION & HIGH END REHABILITATION.

Helping athletes to get back to training and competing in their sport. After the initial injury treatment with physiotherapy, we help them to recover or even increase their Fitness and Sports Specific Levels they had before the injury. Also creating Injury prevention programs.

WEIGHT CONTROL

 

For those who want to control or loose weight a healthy and effective way through training and nutritional control.
